I’m just gonna go out on a limb here and say that Phreak was generalizing and the League community has given good feedback at times, it’s simply that you need to sift through mountains of shit feedback to find it.

What is going on ? Do they even care about the game at this point ? Feels like these are the first steps to killing the game. And they certainly succeeded in that.

Riot has shown repeatedly that they listen to their community in many, many aspects. Whether or not they implement the requested changes is another matter and I certainly don’t like chances often enough myself. I’m not going to comment on anything velkoz specific (though ratio changes unsatisfying) but your generalization is exactly the same thing you complained about Phreak doing.
