never doubt our ability to flounder when the lights are brightest. this is definitely the most hopeful i’ve been in years, but im still skeptical abt the playoffs just bc of how many disappointments the past few years have brought

if you would’ve told me embiid would get 11 assists in a single game this time last year i never would’ve believed it.
they all lack the self awareness to know that being able to rattle off numerous ages of consent is weird as hell
not even trying to be mean to furk, but what value does he have in a trade outside of “cash considerations”
pretty much what i expected. winning 10 of the first 15 games is a great start though, can’t wait until we’re back at full strength
if anybody on the wizards right now has value as a trade piece, it’s kuzma imo. he’s not putting up eye popping numbers, and clearly he’s not enough to move the win needle as a no. 1 guy. but he’s been consistent in his contributions. i think he could be a great addition to a contending team, assuming he’s a good fit w the existing scheme and can acquiesce to whatever role they put him in. even tyus jones seems like a more appealing trade to make than going after poole
i bought both of these and i can’t imagine selling either as i really love them both.
but i’d keep the 5s. one of my sleeper picks for favorite jordan model, really love the AMM touches too
to shoot harden the tiniest amount of bail, i think this is more a byproduct of the entire offense getting revamped than any personal faults he had
we don’t even know how this season is going to end. that will be the deciding factor when it comes time to building the roster. the only thing we know for sure is that maxey is going to get an extension, probably a max one at that
i think some people genuinely believed we were gonna finish out the season 81-1
fucking knew tatum would knock that down. no matter how bad he plays, he always seems to hit the big shots that count. 2 losses in a row doesn’t feel good, but i’m not hitting the panic button yet. boston is better equipped to handle missing players than we are (clearly). wish batum could’ve played, if only to spare us the marcus morris/pat bev minutes
i fear we will always be cursed by costly late game embiid turnovers
derrick white must hate the sixers or something bc it seems like he always plays well against us
springer minutes, cannot be any worse than marcus morris minutes
just got back from the game. pacers could not miss a single shot tonight. you’d think myles turner having to sit for so long bc of foul trouble would’ve slowed them down a bit, but haliburton and toppin played good basketball. that one bad possession at the end there felt like the nail in the coffin. overall tho im happy with how the team played, its hard to beat the same time back to back. on to the boston game.
i will say as someone who saw it in person, the red wasn’t too terrible to look at.
i cannot believe there were people on here complaining about what we got back from the harden trade lmao
i cannot force myself to care about this again
classic sixers almost blowing a game that should have been put away with 2 minutes to go. jayson tatum and jaylen brown hitting every big bucket in the last 2 minutes no matter how bad they’ve played until that point is inevitable. glad we held on
first ballot HOF tank commander. i might have to tune into more wizards games since i live close enough to get the local broadcasts. this is generational
