Congrats! Congrats and congrats! I love reading posts like these. You should be proud of yourself.
I’m not sure why you have the god curse in here. Some people want to be thorough. Some people have OCD. Some people delay actually doing what they need to do, because of fear, so they come with a million other things to do. Some people are highly competitive and have to out-do others. Some people do in fact have un-diagnosed issues.
I wouldn’t put perfectionism under a god curse umbrella. Different people have different reasons for their perfectionism.
I don’t know of a business you could run for the holidays that would take a chunk out of your debt. Would you pick up projects?
I just did a quick search for generative AI on Freelancer and quite a few results came up, including this one that pays $750-$1500 for AI experts.

Maybe a few of those projects could bring in the cash you need to reduce your debt. If it works for you, you can sign up on similar sites to get more projects.
Social Tradia is a legit site. They will ask you for recent stats though. I suggest reviving your account before you reach out to them. Get some viral posts going by reposting popular reels or posts in your niche.
Check your Explore page and see what is doing well - repost but give credit to the original account. If a few of your posts make it to the explore page, that will drive up engagement and make your account more valuable.
Hope this helps!
Intermittent fasting will help you lose weight. If you can train yourself to only have two meals a day (a large breakfast and late lunch), you will lose the weight. If you get hungry in the evening, have something light like fruit or salad. If you throw cardio into the mix, you will really drop the pounds. Good luck!
I just visited your IG page. I like the color scheme and consistency with the posts. However, as someone with almost 70K followers on IG, I can tell you that people click on posts with larger letters. This doesn’t have to be the case with all posts, but it helps to mix it up.
After your following reaches about 300 people, then your posts will be eligible to hit the explore page. You want people to be able to read your posts without actually having to click on them. If a post catches their attention, they will go to your page and check other posts.
I like that you are targeting specific niches/ clients with your posts and hashtags. To grow your following quickly, comment on large accounts that your clients follow.
Hope this helps.
I really like your site! It’s attractive, organized, engaging, responsive, easy to navigate and it has a clear CTA for your links.
I really like the swinging “welcome to site solvers” when viewed on mobile, and the bounce on desktop.
Well done!
You can either find a way to produce it locally, then pitch the sale of it to a larger company, or you can reach out to one of those invention companies. I believe you would be selling the idea to them. Don’t know if that would work for you after putting so much into it.
If your blog is well optimized, it will drive traffic to your website and get you more customers. A friend of mine just recently started adding blog articles to his website (I told him he was crazy for not doing it before) and he’s getting more interested visitors - who convert to clients.
I walk daily. It does wonders, plus it great for getting ideas when you’re stuck on something. If you’re into some other form of exercise, start with at least one day a week.
It relieves stress, clears your mind and is good for your health.
I used to work in oil & gas. I still to this day stay in touch with a lot of people from the industry. Some have become friends and we all live in different states. You never know when a contact can turn into a good opportunity.
Do it, but be careful. If you are both on LinkedIn for example, that would be a professional way to connect and stay in touch.
If the business in Colorado does much better than yours does in WA, I would sell the existing business and go all in on the other one.
Running two businesses in different states will take its toll on you, if you’re not prepared for what’s involved. But make sure you will be better off with the CO business.
If the email is offering something that will improve my business.
To be honest, your site looks a bit dated. If someone visits your site and are not happy with it, they won’t be confident in having you manage their website.
Some of the images are not high quality.
There’s too much white space.
The sample sites you share also don’t look very modern.
When I got to the bridal images, I was a little confused.
Overall, the site needs better structure, clearer images and a more modern look.
The good news is, if you can get it to a better place, you can make MUCH more than $250 a month for everything you described above with SEO services. Much more. If you could market yourself internally, that would bring you more clients.
I hope this helps.
C. Automate and hold onto that sweet sweet 100% passive income forever passing it to my children’s children’s children.
If you can scale it up and have passive income, why wouldn’t you? Consider if something happens to your primary income source. Having this to fall back on, would alleviate a lot of stress.
Coursera is very popular for this. I have not used it myself, but I know someone who is happy with the platform.
Yes, it does help. A close friend of mine is a therapist, so we schedule time to be each others’ therapist. It helps to clear your mind.
Another thing I do that is extremely helpful is taking daily walks. Get out of the house, get away from your laptop and spend time in nature.
SaaS is extremely lucrative. There seems to be a million SaaS companies these days. If you could build out something that would automate processes for companies doing things manually, you could make a lot of money. But SaaS can also take a lot out of you, so burnout may be a thing.
YouTube is a money machine if you can get your stride right. If I had started a YT channel at 18, I would be traveling the world more.
Since you are in tech, would you consider a tech website? If you’re a good writer, maybe start a tech blog and see how that develops??
When you sell what you want to sell, you sell passionately. When you sell what people want to buy, you make money. Finding a balance is key.
I’m doing both!
What you’re experiencing is normal. Keep going. It sounds like you enjoy the building aspect of business, but the sales and marketing part isn’t exactly your cup of tea. This is the case for most people who want to actually help others. You’re probably not a pushy person, nor do you feel comfortable haggling with others. On the other hand, you love the before and after of a project. You love the smile on someone’s face when things go well.
Hang in there, and try to figure where you need to make some adjustments so you can push forward.
