1·2 years agoCharging network operators use PlugShare as one of the methods to determine if a charging station at a location needs servicing.
Marking “Could Not Charge” on a working charging station would distract charging network operators from servicing those locations that actually need servicing.
Electrify America plans to replace older-generation hardware across the country.
Have you tried reinstalling the Electrify America app?
As mentioned in the video, Electrify America is in the middle of replacing its chargers with new models.
Fortunately, the new chargers are leaps and bounds ahead in reliability.
Now, if only Electrify America would speed up the process.

As I said 22 months ago, this is impossible because the cost of the charging equipment is only a fraction of the cost of the charging station.
Even if the charging equipment is free, it would still be impossible to have a charging station for 1/5 the cost.

Electrify America was never intended to bear the weight of the entire auto industry san Tesla.
