are there enough remakes most years to fill that category?

Did the steam deck issues with dolphin ever get fixed? previously when launching dolphin from within game mode, the games frame pacing would periodically juts shit the bed for no reason (not shader related). and the way around this was to just play dolphin from desktop mode. but this switching is annoying, and makes it so you can’t use steams custom control mapping if you wanna get more extreme with it than what dolphin lets you bind normally

hey i forgot i had games already on my old sd card which i didn’t plug in yet, and i just installed a bunch of games on my new oled. what happens if i plug it in and theres a conflict between installs?

Man the initial setup on this thing takes a while. I don’t recall it being so slow with the lcd one. Hangs on the steamdeck logo for a long time between restarts for the firmware update

The steamdecks firmware was genuinely ass when it was new. Felt like we were beta testing the thing

So…anyone else trying for the limited edition or nothing? I do want the oled, but its certainly not something I need right now. If I can’t snag one of the cool see through plastic ones, I’m just not gonna bother with any for now. Especially since they said something about this being a trial run for other shells. I’d just wait until they got something similar again

FF16 I felt was actual garbage. its almost impressive how it consistently got worse through its whole runtime. the only good part was what was in the demo, which is what tricked me into buying the fuckin thing. the game just flat dies the moment you get tired of the wildly repetitive combat. which doesn’t last long. I finished it out of pure sunk cost fallacy

You know, more than an oled screen though, I want a better dpad. The decks sucks all the ass at comfortable diagonal inputs
