With a young QB, you grab a LT. If we hit on that, the left side could be solidified for a decade (since we got Skronk).
We still have Hop under contract so then maybe grab a WR second.
I understand people say a WR can hide weaknesses but it’s better than patching a line. If we wanna do this right, protect the QB first.
Um… I like wins. I cheer for a team to win… um… if you wanna lose, good lord.
At this point we can’t go back. I know Robinson gets hate but he had some damn good early years and drafts. He turned the franchise around. He drafted our last few franchise players.
He ran his course and is gone. Thankfully we have pretty much all bad contracts off the books, a QB (we think), plenty of cap space and draft capital.
This year is not good but I don’t think we are a complete dumpster fire moving forward.
It’ll be alright. Sucks we suck but we can enjoy the NFL and some new blood who can make a run in the playoffs (Lions and Browns)

Yet the week before Sroud put up 0 tds and 140 yards in a loss to Carolina then had 5 tds last week.

I mean… he was asked about it last year and said he’ll do whatever, one off hand comment doesn’t mean he wasn’t doing everything to he could to help.
I don’t think it’s right to attack him. He’s been our best QB since Mac9 and has been a stand up teammate the entire time.

Kern had to be excited being there in person. Overall, just a great day. One of the better regular season days in recent memory (for being an October game).
He’s been given the skeleton of Matt Ryan, Marcus Mariota and Desmond Ritter, and has over performed. I don’t think he’s even close to being on the hot seat. They have a pretty good roster now, and they’re just missing a QB. He’s going to get a chance. You can’t pin a day 2 drafted QB on a HC as a ride or die.
Stay humble. Stay hungry. It was awesome to see but let’s keep the train rollin!
That’s what I’m thinking. Yes he’s hard to replace but that’s thr most replaceable positions on a team. Look at Andrew Adam’s last year.
If, big if, we win tomorrow, we’re only 1 game below .500. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.
But when our offense is stuck on 3rd downs… I’d rather take a TO and regroup. Instead if waste them.
I don’t think he would be a healthy scratch when the return won’t be high. We’re 2-4. They’re still trying to win. Players and coaches aren’t going to lay down.
If he’s in fact gone, let’s see him light it up in those Oilers unis, and send him off in style.
I mean… for as big as he is, Henry’s pass pro isn’t great either.
However, at this point, I wanna see more Spears. Right now it’s predictable. If hes in, its a passing down or a draw play. I’d like to see him get a few full drives and see what he can do. He averages less than 5 rushes a game. He’s so dynamic. Let’s see what we have. I love Henry but without a good line, he’s not making guys miss at this point in his career. Tyjae can.
