Putting a bunch of talented young guys on a roster is PART of a rebuild. NOT THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO DO.

You also need to:

- surround those players with vets that can guide them

- develop them and help them shore up their weakensses

- put a GOOD MIX of of young talented players together (hey maybe one dude on the team that can bucket a 3 pointer would be a good idea in today’s nba, i know it sounds crazy)

- not trade away the few assets you have (miss you Sadiq, Jeremy)

To be honest I aint even really that mad at the record. My problem is not only do they fail at winning games or being competitive its that they fail the eyeball test. Cade does not look like a legit #1. And we have a bunch of nobodies after that. Auser might have some talent. Might. But then we would need to develop it. Duren might have some talent, but then we would need to develop it. Nothing I have seen makes me believe we can develop talent. Cade looks worse now than he did in his rookie year.
