I’m not trying to make a point or argue keeping him, his short tenure here has been abysmally disappointing to say the least, but I do want some clarity. Why fire him halfway through his first season here? I feel like this would be yet another knee jerk reaction to try and save… what, I don’t know.

And on top of that, I don’t really see Evero (or anyone) making any big splashes if he was made interim, no better than what happened to Wilks last season. This team is not good, from personnel up so if we lose out anyways that just makes Evero look bad and we’ll let him go, he’s not going back to DC.

What happens if Reich is fired, what respectable coach will want the job? And, what happens if this scenario plays out and all of Bryce’s lack of physical traits (arm talent, size) are just as evident?

From the eyeball test it appears the QB play is the worst thing going right now. Worst than the HC.

I always find the “who will want to come here” comments to be so silly.

There are 32 total NFL head coaching jobs available in the world. There are maybe 5-6 openings a year. In addition to that, Tepper is willing to pay very well.

Getting a head coach to be interested in coaching here isn’t going to be a problem. Same with GM

There’s nothing to be gained from firing him mid season.

      Sanity. Competitence. Satisfaction.

I hate this holy roller douche of a coach. Completely ignorant person.

For me it’s because I never thought Reich was a good hire and I haven’t seen any evidence in his career or this season that he’s the coach we need.

I mean, a winning record as head coach and top 10 offenses as an OC wasn’t evidence in his career?

C’mon now. It’s fair to say things aren’t working out now with Reich and the offense, but at least call it straight.

Maybe I’m becoming impatient, but none of these consolation prize accolades do it for me anymore. It seems like we often go for personnel based on a gut instinct of their ability to succeed, or the idea that their lack of success previously was due to external factors we can mitigate. It hasn’t worked so far, so I’m kinda cold on it.

I want someone who’s made noise in the playoffs consistently and recently. Ken Dorsey was my pick and I hope we get him now.

You clear house now, if you know Reich want be back next year. You have to fire GM and coach!

The reason behind it, is bc you need to get a new voice in Byrce ear. He’s shaken and broken, seems to get bad coaching. The thing about young players and coaches, the coach needs to be able to relate to them and talk the guys language. From outside looking in, it dont seem like him or the team response to well to Reich or if hes relatable to this era.

Lastly with the firing of coach and GM, they should sub dalton in as starter for next 3 or 4 games, so byrce can study his tape and study what failed and succeeded and what things should look like going forward hopefully he can recapture confidence. It doesn’t have to be a benching maybe a restructuring while they resemble an offense and/or packages catered to this teams strengths!

The fanbase is wild. They scapegoated Joe Brady for no reason too, and he is starting to elevate Josh Allen again.

Frank Reich has been good with a number of QBs such as Frank Reich, Philip Rivers and led a career backup to a Super Bowl win. The culture of absolving players of blame is what leads to sustained mediocrity.

Broncos sucked bad to start the season, but they continued to back their HC who has now made Russell Wilson fully embrace lots of RPOs, and short throws, and only scramble in the face of imminent sacks, and they are 4-0 in the last month.

Bryce Young needs to step up and take some heat, because good QBs still elevate their WRs and TEs despite bad coaching, and BY is doing none of that.

To give Evero a chance to see what he can do for half a season.

If Reich is fired, Evero will go with him. This gives us a chance to see if maybe he is worth retaining as the HC.

He probably wont, but when you have a lame duck like Reich appears to me, you might as well give it a shot
