I’m not trying to make a point or argue keeping him, his short tenure here has been abysmally disappointing to say the least, but I do want some clarity. Why fire him halfway through his first season here? I feel like this would be yet another knee jerk reaction to try and save… what, I don’t know.

And on top of that, I don’t really see Evero (or anyone) making any big splashes if he was made interim, no better than what happened to Wilks last season. This team is not good, from personnel up so if we lose out anyways that just makes Evero look bad and we’ll let him go, he’s not going back to DC.

I never wanted Reich for his coaching. Steichen was my guy from the beginning. Reich, however, did bring other coaches with him that I had hopes for. Unfortunately, this ancient offensive scheme breaks any good will I had for him.

I hate that we’re likely going to lose Campen as a fall guy rather than Reich because I truly believe it’s a head coaching problem and not much else. (On the field, that is. GM absolutely needs to be shaken up as well)

What do you mean by ancient offensive scheme?..You do realize that Brown created about 50% of the playbook, correct?

I heard Chase Daniel talk about Reich, and it was his experience that Reich put together well thought game plans. He said that watching the 22 footage of Houston and Carolina was night and day. With Carolina Thielen was the only receiver that ever separated. Although they are not speed guys, Schultz, Dell, and N. Brown of Houston at least create a gap for the QB

The Panther front office clearly is trash because of relying on analytics that have no track record of predicting anything.

There is this narrative on the sub that our scheme is trash etc. That simply isn’t the case. We transitioned our scheme to be built around Bryce. The scheme is built around Bryce, which means Bozeman and our LGs really don’t fit that scheme.

Our bigger problem is a lack of player talent which falls directly on Fitt. Look at the whiffs just in this past year…Sanders and Hurst. Fitt hand picked each WR.

It’s unpopular to say, but Reich and the coaching staff aren’t the main core problems. It’s lack of player talent.
