No chat/ping but permanently reported for communication abuse?

One question please, can someone explain to me how am I permanently reported for communication abuse if I don’t chat/ping/being toxic? It has been happening ever since the new update was released.

I was 10K behavior score, then 11.3K when the new update released, and I have been stuck at ~7K behavior score in ONLY turbo mode. No chat, no ping, no throw, not toxic, no chatwheel. I just cant climb up. I do not know what to do.

I do not fight for lanes; I have been the definition of a “good boy” and still hovering between 7.1k and 7.2k behavior score. I also notice that I play with same players most of the time.

I say 1 word in at the start of the game just to test if I am still being reported for communication abuse and it never ever goes away. I win, I get reported by the enemy team because why not right? I lose, I probably get reported by my own team, because why not right?

Something is not right here.

Now, I know most of you will chime in here be like “bUt i aM 12K bEhAvIoR aNd dOnT hAvE tHis iSsUe.” Well, then I will say good for you but that does not mean it does not happen to others.

Look, there is for sure something strange. I’ve stopped communicating in general, because I don’t understand the language of my peers in my pubs, so even if I write in english I am not sure they’ll understand, so whatever.

I’ve lost communication score by not saying anything, not writing anything, maybe sometimes using voice lines (the ones from the battle pass). I don’t really care, because this doesn’t change anything in my pubs, but I really would like to know why I am losing a score that i am not abusing per se.

Also; the fact that you have an unlimited amount of reports is crazy. I’ve had games were I report like 8 people, and they all get a “punishment”. Now you might say “wow, you are toxic, you report people for nothing, you deserve to lose your social score!”, but if they get “punished” does that mean I am abusing the system, or using it correctly?

I think people are not good judges of who’s toxic and who’s not. Also; let’s be real here. have you seen someone “punished” for smurfing? The only things I ever see people punished is Toxic Chat and griefing, maybe toxic voice every now and then. But never the others. Why is that? I’ve seen people with 400 games in 7.5k avg mmr games, but I guess they got that new razer gaming chair. :D

This is what I also made a post about, and i received a whole load of actually “toxic” responses from the saintly redditors who deny there is a bug because they have not experienced it themselves.

I experienced a random overwatch penalty after a game that we won comfortably but it could easily seem like I was smurfing. In less than 2 weeks my scores dropped from 11k to 7k and 5k Comms. Since then I get assessed with an overwatch penalty after every game, even though I am muted for being below 6k Comms now. I can see my behaviour score changing slightly but Comms has not changed a single digit despite getting an updated summary every game (due to OW penalties).

There is some bug that makes the scores rapidly drop to below 6k and then freeze. This has now affected nearly everyone on my friends list. There does not seem to be anyway to increase Comms score once it drops below 6k. Once comms score goes below 10k it seems to decrease rapidly even in games where you cannot communicate. This is obviously not the intended behaviour and has no bearing on a player’s behaviour.

My theory is it is related to each player being able to give another player 6 reports, that are counted as 6 separate reports. The threshold has not been changed from the old system, and so getting 3+ reports in a game is still flagged as “high report rate”, despite in now being possible to receive 54 reports in a single game, which can be issued completely independently of your actual behaviour or communication use.

I was a perma 10k player in the old system and 11k-12k in the new one, right now my communication behavior is dropping 100-200 point every summary even if I don’t flame since a month, currently at 7500-ish. Will the bleeding ever stop? I literally played 15 games muted and lost 100 behaviour score. I even stopped reporting and commending people, I do not wanna interact with this system in any sort of way till it’s fixed.

I can post screens of my behaviour score history for thousands of games if the random Reddit user says I’m toxic; don’t lose your time cause I’ll prove you wrong instantly.

same i have been 5912 comm score for 400 games now (i play a lot) behaviour score forever 12000 and comm score forever at 5912
