My Tesla service has been great for the 2 things I needed: cabin filter replacement and a side view mirror replacement.
For some reason the cabin filter replacement required me to drive there. Maybe their mobile service team was swamped, idk. It was only 15 minutes from my house so nbd. I dropped it off and they replaced it. The invoice was sent to my app and I have the receipts there.
For the side view mirror replacement, a tech came to my apartment and fixed it. I think it was a week or so that I had to wait.
Tesla is great because scheduling is in the app, payment is through the app, and all your history is saved in the app. Recently they added the ability for you to see the service status in the app and when it’s done you can find your car in the lot and drive off with it without talking to anybody, unless you want to of course.
1:58-2:30 was very impressive
Agree on most points.
Navigation is subjective but I absolutely prefer Tesla’s to Google’s or Apple’s, mostly because the screen is so large, I have access to music while I navigate. Charging integration into navigation can’t be beat either.
Having lived without a heads up display I can say I don’t miss it at all.
Lack of USS is a very valid gripe for the Tesla. So stupid for them to remove those.
I have a bald head and have lived with the Model 3 in Arizona. No issues with the glass roof.
Tesla has better safety than Volvo contrary to very popular belief. All of Tesla’s models have better crash ratings that Volvo’s safest car ever. That’s just a fact, Jack.
For $55,000? You can get a long range Model Y for less with better range and charging, even better safety, better driver assistance, better sound system, better screen & navigation
A coworker was renting the XC40 and didn’t like it. I didn’t drive it but it seemed poorly engineered.
About average for a car company’s first EV built on an ICE platform. I do like the exterior look and overall dimensions.

The only explanation for stupid headlines like this are automakers, like Vinfast, are paying media companies.
I mean come on, how else does this get published?
Now that growth has slowed, I’ve seen a lot fewer posts about issues at delivery.
Previously, cars would be delivered to the store and delivered within 48 hours. Now their teams have longer to address las minute issues, which made up a large % of quality concerns.
