Reminder when Season 11 hit PBE and everyone said Tanks were going to be insanely broken, and they ended up being the absolute worse champs by far? Just wait for actually good players to use the items before making judgements.

This game was on the PS4, but unironically looked like it was a next gen, fucking beautiful game, curious to see what it looks like.
Dream scenario, but he would be such an insane fit on an LPL team. Like 369, Canyon, Knight topside would be fucking insane.
this is an omega copium post. you haven’t played ranked in several years and you think you’re diamond, but you’re struggling to consistently close out platinum games. I’m Master 400 LP, everytime I’ve ever played in anything below Diamond, the games are literally unloseable. You just aren’t as skilled as you were before you quit playing the game, which is totally normal, but don’t blame the Riot Games for that. If you have a massive lead, and you are struggling to close out games with that lead, that doesn’t mean that it’s the fault of the system, it’s the fault of you as a player. The mid/late game has changed significantly in the last 2 years, so it’s not exactly surprising that games are harder for you to end.
Good choice from him. While I disagree with some of the ping changes, the hate has been misplaced on twitter. This goes for anyone else who ever has to deal with this, if social media is ever effecting your personal and professional life, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with taking breaks, and it shouldn’t be seen as a big deal. I would hope the memes don’t get to him, and he’ll come back with a refreshed mindset.
The fact that there are double ADCs bot lane, is definitely T1’s doing, the fact that it’s Azir, Ori mid and carry top laners, is just the natural meta shift with hyper ADCs being weak.
People were legitimately talking like JDG had a greater chance of winning worlds than all 15 other teams combined.
No one who seriously had watched JDG play the game in Summer would ever have that opinion. This team was good, but they were not unbeatable, if you believe otherwise you were just mislead. Like the casters even called mostly for T1 to win, and then only person who didn’t said it was a 3-2. This reality where JDG choked or something coming into Worlds is just wrong. They showed up, I saw them play to their strengths, just wasn’t good enough and that’s okay.
DeepLOL allows you to see pings in a game, if you check any high elo jungler they have triple the pings of their teammates on average. When you are expected to shotcall 90% of plays for your team, you’re going to want to ping things multiple times. Most people don’t register all pings off of one ping. If I ping on the way once, it means I’m looking for a play in your lane, i might commit, I might not. if I ping 3x it means “I’m so strong here, there’s no way we lose, I’m forcing this no matter what.”
Honestly, I think people only care so much because everyone hates Nexon, and don’t want to give them any flowers. I hate Nexon too, but if you look in half the nominees for the category, you’re going to see multi-million dollar publishers over and over and over. Devolver is literally a publically traded company, and their games are nominated literally every year, and nobody gave a fuck.
The spirit of indie is making a game from nothing, either low budget, and/or small team. You would not say that Half-Life:Alyx is an indie game, Valve is pouring a fuck ton of money from their billion dollar market place directly into the development. If Walmart started an internal game studio, and started making AAA games, you would not call that an indie studio. Does indie become a bit more meaningless? Sure. Not every title is going to be independent, but if that means that Dave The Diver, and Disco Elysium aren’t being contested by Baldur’s Gate 3, The Witcher 3, and Half-Life:Alyx, it’s probably for the better.
