I was miserable that whole game until we won. Truly the epitome of football fandom.

It’s like that movie Pursuit of Happyness. Two hours of misery followed by one minute of happiness.

Did you see Jeudy’s locker room interview? He’s buying in. He’s psyched. He’s jumping on Court’s back when he scores and making pump fakes and lowering his shoulder for extra yards. Court is going ham with the fans and defending Russ on IG. Simmons is leading a seemingly near elite defense. The ship is turning around for real this time. This is the first time I’ve seen the Broncos play like a real team - top to bottom psyched for each other, playing for each other, fighting for each other - since 2015. I love it!

5 weeks ago people were saying we had to trade guys like Surtain, Bolles, Simmons because they’ve only been apart of losing cultures and you can’t establish a winning team with players like that

People are insane man. I don’t know how you can be a fan of this sport and believe in some of the narratives these guys believe in. Things can change in the blink of the eye in the NFL - it never takes 5 years to build a team in the NFL, especially when you have a coach like Payton

When people were talking about draft position I said if the Broncos were going to be a good team in the near future it wasn’t going to be because of draft stock, it’s going to be because Sean Payton is a top tier HC, and I’ll stand by that

I’m not gonna lie and pretend I understand our cap situation this off season, but I’d love to see Sutton and Jeudy next year along with a rookie WR like Nabers (provided he’s the best value where we pick). Throw in some development from Mims and the WR corps is looking good.

These past 4 wins (minus maybe the Queefs beatdown) are exactly the games we’ve been losing for the past 6 years. Every time we would need a defensive stop or one last drive we would fail in spectacular fashion before, but not these games. That’s coaching. So fun watching all the fans clowning on Payton and putting Hackett on a pedestal shut the fuck up.

It’s not perfect. The offense is still a mess. I don’t think SP trusts Russ at all and has told him “if the first read isn’t there check it down”. Russ, in turn, I don’t think trusts any receiver that isn’t Sutton. Who can blame him?

Run defense is still a disaster. We really need to look at LB & interior DL in the draft but credit where credit is due they’ve been clutch.

Browns game next week is going to be an Iowa/Northwestern level shitfest.

This season seems to be playing out like the 2011 season. Back at .500 they control their path to the playoffs

The best part about this win streak is seeing the absolute meltdown from opposing teams fans every week.

They all talked shit relentlessly when we were 1-5 and now gotta eat crow one by one.

    Fuck em

I’m on fucking cloud nine, so fucking pumped for the rest of the season and Sunday can’t get here fast enough.

Side note: LOL at the Vikings for going prevent defense on that last drive. Russ just took the easy passes to Perine and marched right down the field. Joseph didn’t take that bait on Min last drive. We finally have a great staff, finally

Russ is definitely the best QB we’ve had since Peyton, I don’t think it’s a debate anymore. We all had our doubts after last season but he’s been great

Another week, another game where JaQuan McMillian was arguably the best player on our D. Dude is a baller, dont think we’re gonna have to worry about the slot for the foreseeable future

The wins against the Bills and Vikings felt exactly like the 2015 season but with better offense. Games are close for no reason and then we pull off the win with some mile high voodoo that comes outta nowhere. Except instead of the defense forcing a stop or turnover on the final drive, it’s the offense taking the lead

Good news: 6 scoring drives to the Vikings’ 4

Bad news: outscored the opponent by only 1 point

Good news: it’s still a fucking win, baby!

The offense is inching closer to playing a sustainable style of football. Russ was actually throwing the ball vertically, but there are still too many checkdowns and passes too close to the line of scrimmage.

I’m still worried about the defense in a game where they can’t generate turnovers to stop offenses. The unfortunate thing is forcing this many turnovers is highly unsustainable and they were getting gashed by a Vikings team with a backup QB and no Justin Jefferson.
