    Operator Changes:

    Ram Nerf: Remove Flashes and add Claymores Reason- The BUGI is loud, meaning a combo of flashes and a bugi means a free plant or free kills, this is very strong currently and claymores reduces chances of getting flanked while the loud bugi’s are in use

    Fenrir Nerf : Remove Bailiff Reason- Currently, having the MP7 and the Bailiff for sight setup if really strong, instead give him a basic pistol

    Solis Nerf: Remove Impacts and add Barbed Wire Reason- This greatly reduces her ability for vertical play and over a good nerf without making harsh gadget changes

    Grim Buff: Add a visual “Stun” effect to the bees. The longer you stay in the bees, the more they cloud your sight Reason- Grim is highly underplayed and while the enemies are getting Pinged, they can still push through the Bees completely unharmed unlike Nomad or Capitao

    Sens Buff: Buff Gun Damage to 42 with extended barrel and 40 without it Reason- Her gun is very underwelming even with the recoil nerf

    Azami Nerf: Stacking Kiba’s break the first one and remove the vaulting promp Reason- While a sad buff, it prevents most OP pixel peaks, unkillable angles, and unexpected camping locations

    Thunderbird Buff: Thunderbird can place a Kona while downed Reason- While the placement timer and everything is the same, this just gives thunderbird an incentive to play the game and not sit on her Kona’s while also gaining the self-fighting power of Doc currently. While she only comes up at 20 HP it still keeps her in the fight

    Melusi Buff: Added 1.5 Scope to the MP5 Reason- She’s a three health

    Oryx Quality of Life Buff: Dashes can be chained for quicker movement and turning corners Reason- Gives players move reason to play him while not making him or his kit OP

    Kali Buff: Add the 1.5 to the SPSMG9 Reason- While Kali is a good operator for dealing with bandit or holding far angles, she can’t really break certain Kaid Claw Placements nor is she good or played on MANY maps because of her sniper being a ranged gun. Adding the 1.5 would not only increase her viability close range but also her pickrate and peoples confidence with her kit

    Nøkk Buff: Return Silent Step while walking Reason- To Prevent and unscannable and unhearable Nøkk from Acing before you know she’s there, she’s slowed down by the fact that she has to walk to not be noticed by cams or other players

    Warden Buff/Nerf: Warden gets an “Active threat highlight” scan. When his gadget is activated he gets a thermal vision scan that displays operators vitals. Removes the MPX from wardens loadout and adds the Alda with the 1.5 (He keeps the MPX running animation of course) Reason- Currently, Wardens an operator specialty of wardens is “Intel” however other than scans through smoke, what intel does he bring? Right now he’s a selfish operator, having the ability to tell your team how low somebody is or how many airjabs nomad has would be an insane team based ability.

    Mozzie Quality of Life Buff: Captured Mozzie Drones cannot be destroyed by teammates for the first 5 seconds of being captured and get a warning when shooting at it. Reason- As a mozzie player, i have pests wasted every game because of teammates shooting my drones

    Maestro Buff: Heavily increase ALDA recoil and give him the 1.5 and 2x scopes Reason- Most Maestros will sit somewhere checking cams and coming either back to sit or taking a ranged gunfight on somebody you saw on cams will be much easier with ranged scopes

    Alibi Buff: Make her a 2-2, Add crouch and lean configurations, as well as make her Prisma’s copy her current skin Reason- This should’ve been on release

    Zofia Buff: Reduce “Bouncy Recoil” on her AR Reason- Zofia’s AR is a pain on console, its controllable, just mildly annoying. Just reduced bounce or jumpiness

    Ela Buff: Reduce Scorpion Recoil Reason: Like her sister, Ela’s recoil is mildly annoying, controllable, just annoying

    Ying Nerf: Reduce Candella’s to 3 Reason- Theres no good reason as to why she has 4 Flashes that are unavoidable sometimes

    Jackal Nerf: Make his ability on a timer and remove the secondary shotgun Reason: Currently Jackal is permabanned and played when he isn’t. Reducing his ability to scan and his ability to soft breach and create lines of sight would be great

    Caviera Buff: Give her the 1.5 Reason- Cav currently has to take multiple ranged gunfights a game by flanking or coming back to sight in a 1v5, the 1.5 will greatly help her

    Massive Blackbeard Buff: Give him Cav’s interrogate, Add a third shield, Increase His AR’s fire rate to either 650 or 700 Reason- Currently, Blackbeard is known as “One of the worst OPs in the game” Giving him a third shield lets him take more fights and having the interrogate allows him to roam or flank watch for his teammates bringing more support, viability, and reason to play him while not making his shield too OP like old Blackbeard. Plus the fire rate buff for quicker peaking and a higher chance of headshots.

    Frost Buff: Make her mats take 4-5 shots, No matter whether your teammate or yourself revives you, you still have the debuff and the cripple walk Reason- We’ve all done it. Look down and shoot a frost mat, Tap Tap Keep going, if you know theres a frost then any rank above silver won’t be tricking anybody with even a well placed mat. These buffs reduce there chance of getting destroyed and increase the severity of hitting a mat

    Sledge Nerf: Remove his gun, Remove His ability, Remove his nades. (This is a joke)

    Jäger: Give him the 1.5

    Secondary Gadgets:

    Frag Grenades- Keep “Cooking” however you cannot cook a nade to the point where it detonates on impact. It MUST roll/bounce before it explodes

    Flash Grenades- Add Frag Grenade Cooking System

    Smoke Grenades- Can be held to smoke around yourself

    Deployable shields- Increase Glass Width for better visiblility

    Couple of relatively minor buffs for some of my favourite ops that wouldn’t really affect the meta (not going to touch on nerfs…):

    Sens:

    • POF-9 - Damage increased to 40. Still a 3 shot against 1 armours and a 4 shot against 3 armours, but 40 dmg/shot would mean it’s capable of 3 shotting 2 armours. Equipping the EB would make it 3 shot across the board.
    • ROU’s show the trajectory of the first couple of bounces (similar to Ram’s BU-GI) when held

    Tachanka:

    • Give the Shumikha Launcher a setting similar to Grim’s bees (bounce vs. impact) and a slight decrease to the reload time + swap speed. The gadget has always been a pain to use. It’s far too clunky and slow. Even with his recent buffs (2x on the smg and the 60 dmg DP-27) he’s still on a negative win delta.

    Thunderbird:

    • Super Shorty added as 3rd secondary option - This one is kind of a cope, but it’d give her some more utility and usefulness that the removal of impacts/nitro took away.
    • Maybe add a 4th Kona? - I like the idea of having 2 locations, each with 2 konas.

    Ela:

    • Impact grenades as a 3rd option - Ela really has fallen off due to powercreep of other operators over the years, so giving her a little something extra to help her would be nice. I’m not brave enough to suggest buffs to her Skorpion or grzmots.

    Kali:

    • This will never happen, but I’d love a canted sight…
    • Reduce the 12x zoom, maybe to 8x, or add it as a middle option. 12x has always been WAY too zoomed, only really usable on Plane. Another, middle, zoom option would make it just a little bit more user friendly.

    Thorn

    • Before the 1.5x sight, I would’ve liked to have seen a magazine increase - maybe to 26+1 - but I’m not sure if that’d be safe now, she’s already in a decent spot with the 1.5.

        Ngl with current shumika launcher, I have never shot any shumikas to the place I intended, it has always bounced back in my direction or the other, but not for the direction I intended. I know I have to practice it but a setting similar to Grim’s gadget helps a lot.

    Hmm I think the balancing of the operators is pretty good currently so I think they are doing a fine job. I even think the nade change is pretty good.
    Azami needs a nerf but they are already tackling it, I am happy that shields are getting reworked… Maestro buff is something I was waiting for too…

    My main move would be to remove most 1.5 from any defender that isn’t a 1 speed/3 armour. I think that is the main issue in the game right now and it’s an easy fix.

    Then Fenrir deserves a small nerf too, maybe Solis as well.

    Take the 1.5 away from Warden.

    Block angles on all maps for spawn peeks.

    Make it so that when you run out, you are instantly spotted, no grace period.

    Keep frags cookable, but severely nerf penetration damage.

    Remove 1.5 and 2x

    Give ash 3 breaching rounds

    Buff Zof AR and give her 3 impacts and concussions

    Replace all breaching charges with flash bangs

    Revert Jagers ADS nerfs

    You can’t punch evil eyes

    IQ gets secondary emps

    More ops get frags

    More ops get deployables

    Fenrir traps detonate when activated and have an increased radius

    I might sound delusional since I wrote this in like a minute but I like the ideas. Also removing fortress

    Valkyrie - remove D50, gains P10C

    Azami - decreased barriers to 3, spawns with all barrier available.

    Angled Grip - removal of ADS speed decrease, now angled grip aids in horizontal recoil control

    Laser sight - buff on all weapons (excluding shotguns)

    Handgun Red dot sight - Added as an option to 5.7USG, PRB92, GSH18, P12, P9, MK1 9MM, SDP 9MM. Damage increase for P10C / RG15

    Solis - decrease in SPEC-IO range. Removal of SMG 11, gains 1911 TACOPS

    Zero - SC3000K damage decreased to 37, SC3000K Rate of fire increased to 855, SC3000K magazine increased to 35, MP7 & SC3000K gain optics up to 2.5x. Added passive silent step with secondary in hand (ie gonne 6 / 5.7 USG), removal of Argus laser, decrease in audio of Argus camera (firing from Argus launcher, deployment, mild audio decrease for piercing), Argus cams can now be picked back up if they haven’t pierced a surface, added impact EMPS.

    Blackbeard - MK17 increased damage to 46.

    Mozzie - loses P10 Roni 1.5

    Dokkaebi - loses SMG12

    Mute - gains 1.5x on MP5K

    Melusi - gains 1.5x on MP5

    Fenrir - loses ballif, loses 1 F-Natt code, active fenrir mines make audio similar to nomad.

    AK74M - Damage increased to 48, added vertical grip.

    Kali - access to more scope options on CSRX 300,

    Alibi - Primsa reflects skin. (They say they can’t due to technical limitations, but if Siege 2 is brought up they’ll say they have the technology to do whatever they want)

    Twitch - F2 gains vertical grip, F2 loses 1.5x sight.

    IQ - add emp impacts as an option

    AR33 - magazine increase to 30

    Glaz - OTS-03 damage increase to 78

    Tachanka - DP27 damage decrease to 55, incendiary grenade damage increase. Change the reload animation Ubi.

    Ace - gains 1 SELMA charge from 3 to 4. SELMA charge now no longer fold down.

    Nokk - removal of frag grenades, removal of D50, gains C8SFW, gains impact EMPS, added silent step passive for secondary weapons (5.7USG). I remind you there was a time when Nokk was terrible.

    Clash - removal of taser from riot shield, can now deploy shield on floor (same as deployable shield), shield is now a portable Black mirror. Maintains current weaknesses, when shield is deployed can be glass shattered same as Mira. EMPs disable black mirror.

    Oryx - removal of damage when dashing through a wall

    Lesion - removal of super shorty. It was fun, but he already brings enough.

    Sens - marker to show how his walls will deploy, mild increase to thickness of walls.

    Frag grenades - can be cooked, no longer destroy bulletproof until (does trigger glass shatter where applicable), decrease damage through floors.

    Zofia - M762 recoil change, the weapon doesn’t have a lot of recoil but it fells awful to use. It’s the entire reason I don’t play Zo often.

    Warden - loses MPX, gains commando 9 (no 1.5x)

    Maverick - gains gonne 6

    Ram - loses flashbangs, gains claymores.

    Make every operator op so we all can enjoy whoever we enjoy playing, maybe they should make this into a different game mode , I wanna play against the invincible bb as one shot down cav for example

    To counter Solis, her gadget will be constantly detectable by IQ’s gadget even when not used similar to Blitz’s

    Fenrir: Increase activation/deactivation time. For the attackers, rework the ui for better indicator.

    Clash: Lower her staggering time, increase CCE battery capacity and faster recharge

    Tachanka: Increase Shumika grenades to 30

    The Nøkk changes that happened in operation dread factor are undone

    Caveira, Melusi and mute gets the 1.5 (now that Melusi and mute are 1 speeds)

    Alibi’s Holograms replicate whatever the player is using (hence the elite skin for alibi is coming)

    Thorn’s Gadget gets buffed in terms of damage and range and 1.5 gets removed

    Sledge is given the Smg11 back and is given the 2.0x

    Gonne-6 now has 2 shots

    Sens now has 4 wheels

    Reflex D on Tachanka’s Lmg can now be applied to every other gun that can have a sight

    Increased Damage on Blackbeard’s Ar 40>44 44>49 w/extended barrel

    Buck’s C8 is given the 2.0x scope

    Frost now has 4 Welcome mats (to make up for the rework if it’s that big of a nerf)

    IQ’s gadget gets a range increase

    Nomad’s Ak74m is given the Vertical and angled Grips

    Brava’s Para 308 is given the 2.0x scope

    Rework Blackbeard to have his juggernaut shield from launch, but it “shatters” and you can’t see through it just like Mira’s window after a couple of shots.
