  • Maybe because it’s same posts over and over again with the same words and no coherent arguments or solutions. Just spitting out the same “9-8 seasons is all he care about” etc.

He has flaws yes, but this loss is because of bad executuion for example Cole’s snaping issues which has been a problem all season but became really apparent today. Also losing your starting QB and being down to your 4th and 5th string ILBs and losing your green dot on defense fucking up the communication and cohesion on defense. You can sustain injuries but not 3 on the same position. We held them to 50 yards of offense until Roberts went down. We had a good gameplan until then.

Flaws with his history to lose to bad opponents absolutely valid critisism, but you need to have the context and not just write a lot of buzzwords.

  • It really felt like our offense beat ourselves sometimes with dumb mistakes right outside of field goal range like how Baltimore played against us earlier in the season, but we won. We had all the stats to score around 30 points and if a few small things go our way then we would’ve won this game in a blowout. It felt good though to be in control of a whole game and not worry that we might lose it for once

One thing I know we will not do but want us to do is go for it on 4th and 4 or less when we are just outside of field goal range, because we had a few touchbacks on punts that gave netted just around 20 yards. If we are little bit more agressive in those situations then we can score maybe 10+ more points.

  • Our defense has gotten better and they haven’t given more than 20 since our loss against Houston. The offense could’ve easily scored 30+ the last game if we don’t shoot ourselves in the foot with penalties just outside of fieldgoal range. Our run game is at least top 5 in the NFL right now and has gotten much better since Broderick Jones has become a starter. The offense looked to be in a rhythm against the Bengals something that they never were under Canada.

Our defense will most likely keep us in every game and create turnovers. If our offense can show that they can consistantly move the ball like they did against the Bengals then we could beat anyone in the league and win the Superbowl, because it should’ve been a blowout against the Bengals.

The biggest concerns with this team are if we can move the ball consistantly, we need to convert our yards into points and was this a one off game for Kenny.

Personally I believe we will heat up and we should at least win a playoff game, but it could also be our year.

  • Those concerns me too, but his missed throws gets amplified by how few chances he get to throw it downfield in this scheme. His confindence is also completely shot. I think it is also partially a coaching problem because they want him to not turnover so he overthinks his ball placement and throws it to not turn it over instead of making a play.

I think this is something a good QB coach should be able to help to improve, since all we have heard is that Kenny is a hard worker.

With all that being said he needs to improve and I am just a fan that makes an assessment. When my dad and I watched the game yesterday, my dad is a Ravens fan, he talked about how bad the o-line was the whole and not giving Kenny any time to make a play instead of saying that Kenny sucks.

  • I think he could be at least an above average QB with the right offensive coaching which we don’t have. How can a player regress so much and no one is on the same page. The QB coach has to go and the OC has to go both should’ve been fired by this point. Kenny is a good guy and I will not hate someone for not playing well on the field, since he’s not an asshole.

  • I saw someone comment on a preview for this game that we basically ran the same two running plays against the Packers all game.

I remember when we played Baltimore where we gave it to Warren until he got stuffed in the backfield instead of calling play action pass.

All our play action passes right now are basically roll outs to the right that gives us nothing. Instead going with a deep pass off play action like when Austin scored the toachdown against the Raiders.

On another note The QB school has called Canadas scheme for not making routes build off each other. To scheme people open and making it easier for the QB. Not excusing Picketts horrible play here.
