I agree, Bard ult is number 1. I kind of want an AI to play Bard perfectly just to see it.

I have 2 hot takes:

1. League is quite balanced, despite much crying on reddit, especially when compared to other mobas. We have over 150 champs and most of them are close to 50% winrate, which is quite amazing. We have some ocassional outliers like Bard on release sub 40% but that’s quite rare.

2)I love champs like Tresh,K’sante,Yasuo,Akali,etc. People cry how overloaded they are,but I would rather play these champs than Annie and malph. Those champ kits are old and outdated, and people don’t like newer champs because they feel like they have lots of tools compared to old champs, and to certain extent I agree, that’s how game evolves. I don’t want Riot to release champs that some players here want them,to be 2009 old,one dimensional boring kits.

HLE set the bar so high, T1 and Gen G announcement videos look so lame now compared to them.

Bard, Aurelion Sol, they are much more powerful than Darkins.

Something with a lot of depth, that you won’t get bored playing after a while: so champs like Bard, irelia, lb, kat, akali, yasuo, zed, riven and so on

W slow outdated, but then they would have to nerf hook range and speed and movement speed nerf

Cuvee was insane from Worlds 2016 till end of 2017 and showed peak perofrmance of all top laners so far. At his peak he was ideal top laner, capable of playing carries and tanks to the hightest level.

eh, it’s what people also said about winning LCK, but they finally did it. They can absolutely win Worlds, they have a bunch of talented players.

Those are still examples of same org, just like Gen G. Sponsors doesn’t equal different teams. In your example, SHopify Rebellion can claim the legacy of TSM past achievment since they bought their slot. T1 got new additional sponsor, so they rebranded , but they still claim their past achievments too. Nothing is different for Gen G too: they got a new sponsor, KSV and Samsung just sold their LCK spot in addition to their infrastructure and players and coaches to them. Hence they can claim their past achievments as well just like other teams.

Gen G is successor of SSG/Samsung orgs, just like T1 is the successor of SKT or RNG is the successor of Star Horn Royal and so on.

He gapped all of the top laners he faced, including Duke who was said to never lose lane and Impact, who was #1 in terms of solo kills until Cuvee surpassed him. He carried most of the games just by pure top diff and carried SSG to game 5 vs SKT. It was pretty unanimously agreed who was the mvp of the tournament. They even said in the finals, if SSG wins it’s Cuvee, if not, it’s Faker.

Maybe resign with Bro, or perhaps DRX. Not sure.

Wait What? Season 6 Tournament mvp was for sure Cuvee, everyone said it, analysists, casters players said if Samsung wins he would get mvp of the tournament. He broke all the records during that tournament, he had top kda, most number of solo kills, gapped all of his opposition and almost carried SSG in finals to victory.

To this day, I haven’ t seen any top laner surpass his performance of 2016 Worlds.
