Right. If he’s only good when everythings good and you can scheme around his weaknesses, then he’d better take a sweetheart deal so those pieces can stick around.

But , we got ganes yet to play and he was absolutely clutch against the bears when it mattered (in fact he seems to be best when playing hurry up)

And you have to consider the (usually good?) Oline and weapons theyd be walking into. Geno smithesque? Can run and then also still pass on the move.

Yeh traahing him is dumb but so is thinking benching goff with 8 wins and 3 losses for an NFL rookie will work.

The statistical odds of any drafted qb being a starter long term are pretty low so any film on hendon or expectations can be put aside because lots of great looking qb prospects flop , its LIKELY that he will flop. Not because of him but because its insanely hard to be top 32 at a thing

If were being honest? We havent looked playoff ready since cjgj went down. We just arent complete. I think we hit the offense too hard the last two drafts and left the defense talentless and we have coaching issues (and not mcdc)

But yeh , we can make the playoffs. Maybe cinch a homegame win but we are vastly outgunned by the dynastic competitors, and this isnt something a flashy signing would have solved.

What game though? I5 12th and 13th gen is plenty enough for most games and then you have an extra 1 or 200 dollars toward a gpu or monitor (which realistically for most games is going to be a bottleneck more than the cpu)
