  • Oh and you gain 30 gold for some reason.

    Collector exists.
Also alot of APs are forced into PoM over Triumph which has another 20G.

    On topic:

    1. Terminus:
Can easily be a x8 per game item if the numbers are just slightly off.
Looks very hard to balance for all Elos to me.
    2. Hubris:
That’s a potentially gamebreaking Item. Weak rn but whenever Riot randomly decides to Buff it we’ll have it bought >6x per game.
    3. Stormsurge:
Well as mentioned before, it’s the AP Collector and we all remember the fun times of everyone rushing it…

  • I think the game quite alot systematical issues that go way beyond individual champs balance.
Those issue are bigger and more glaring than ever honestly.

The way the map is played is completely chaotic, completely unintuitive, especially for those who’ve been around for a long time.

Noone has a real role! Everyone does everything! And if your champ has a single weakness - which back in the days absolutely everyone had - it probably sucks.

If you ask me for a perfectly balanced game state:
    Mid of Season 5!
That was the best time to ever play league in.

  • Don’t missunderstand me:

Comapion is an incredibly powerfull item, just WAY less generic than Ludens could ever be. Both on Poke Champs due to 3s short refresh as well as Assassins due to stacking DMG when hitting an exposed Champ.

If you get hit by a Xerath that get’s a Ludens Proc on every single Q… THAT will be PAIN!

  • Ludens was a main source for Magic Pen which Companion gives Zero.
So that comparison is a bit lacking.

You just cant go Comapion if you’re unable to force low CD trade patterns or are able to hit isolated targets like Artillery Mages can.

I was never that much of a fan of Rylais rush because it results in a lack of waveclear but I guess that will be the only option.

  • Some Champs will really like and that’s all an Item has to do.
    So it’s fine.

My only gripe is that I feel like there are quite some Champs that want neither Malig nor Companion and therefore have no real Mana-Item.

Seraphs 1st feels weird but what else would I build on something like ASol? Dunno.

  • I can agree with you, I can upvote, I can post a comment…

Just hope I have not. Riot apparently thinks smurfs make them more money than they loose due to quitting players and therefore don’t do anything about it…

I’d not be surprised if some Devs are in the bot-selling market.
    They must be!

Otherwise you just can’t play a single day below Dia games without thinking:
“Well that’s fucked, we have to fix it!”

  • It’s really hard to tell IMO.

Tha main theme that’s going on is you 4 mutually exclusive build paths:

    1. Pen
    2. Haste
    3. DMG% + HP
    4. Flat AP + Resist

Champs that want more than 1 of those are facing issues, champs that happily put all their eggs in one basket eat GOOD.

So before we can even talk about who draws maximum profit out of the changes we need to understand whuch champs profit most of an individual stat which until now was not an issue since – generally speaking - you got everything at once.

Like that fuuny Karth VS Ashe clip we had floating around for a while, this guy had 20AH all game is that viable?

What about Veigar, this guy wan’t CDR ASAP, but doesn’t like Flat AP much which the new Pen item a great stat for him give o’plenty.

ASol has similar issues, you need CDR to farm stacks, but for a TF you want the DMG% HP route.

On the other hand Xerath Lux and Ziggs can go HAM witht he full Burst itemization.
