Who cares? The games will be decided on the field.
PT0223Bto Miami Heat@nba.space•I'm not one to usually complain about officiating, but that one was something else.English1·2 years agoUnpopular take: I understand there is a limit on challenges. That being said, the Heat have to stop holding on to their challenges HOPING they will be able to use them later in a close game situation.
Challenges are there for you to challenge calls you don’t agree - that you are allowed to challenge within the rules of the game.
If there is a call the Heat don’t agree with they should go right ahead and challenge the play - regardless of what point in the game it is - it could be the difference in the game - it could be the play that actually determines whether the game will be close or not later on.
I’ve been a fan of this team since its birth. I love this team and I love me some Spo more than anyone - but some of the antics like complaining to the referee’s- running into the middle of the court to call a timeout is a little excessive and tiring to watch sometimes. If you don’t agree with a call - challenge it and move on.
There really doesn’t seem to be a respect for the game/officials anymore like there once was. Then again, the league isn’t holding players and coaches accountable for it like they once did, either.
That’s my rant on this.

This is the perspective this fan base lacks.
The games are decided on the court. We will have to wait and see how the games play out to answer this question.
All this was - was another win against a .500 or worse team. If we are being honest with ourselves, it’s nothing more than that. Some in here may not like it but it’s the reality of this team.
PT0223Bto Miami Heat@nba.space•Hello fellow neckbeards and such, should we sign Kai Jones?English1·2 years agoHere we go again with this nonsense
PT0223Bto Miami Heat@nba.space•The Heat blew 21 point leads in their last two lossesEnglish1·2 years agoThe way they settle for 3s - especially when they aren’t falling - there will be many more blown leads and those that end in losses as the season goes along.
PT0223Bto Miami Heat@nba.space•Are any of y'all old enough to remember when Dwyane Wade was drafted/his first season?English1·2 years agoBeen a fan since the birth of this organization- so, yes
PT0223Bto Miami Heat@nba.space•If the heat beat the Cavs tonight is Jimmy Butler a lock for the hall of fame?English1·2 years agoIt would be a grave injustice if he isn’t inducted immediately after the game.
PT0223Bto Miami Heat@nba.space•Real talk…if we win the “In-Season Tournament” do we hang up a banner?! 😅English1·2 years agoI am sure there will be an acknowledgement for it. But perspective will be kept that this organization has bigger goals.
PT0223BtoMiami Dolphins@nfl.community•If the defense becomes really good, what are some cool nicknames we can give it?1·2 years agoDolphins defense
PT0223BtoMiami Dolphins@nfl.community•We didn't face a bad team today, remember that.English1·2 years agoWhen people say the Dolphins have only beaten the bad teams it’s been based on their record - not based on their individual rankings. The Raiders were a .500 team before the loss today - so, I think the narrative that has been surrounding the Dolphins will remain until they defeat a team above .500.
Im a Dolphins fan, but this is just the reality.
The returner
I am aware of his age. He doesn’t have to attack on every possession but he certainly shouldn’t settle for so many jumpers either.
PT0223Bto Miami Heat@nba.space•Can we unretire #23 from the Heat rafters already? It was always corny.English1·2 years agoThere is always some sort of nonsense posted on this subreddit. Lately it’s been ignorant posts suggesting the Heat are better off without Tyler/without Tyler starting - now this.
When will this ignorance stop?
These were left out in the event the Heat did not progress in that nonsense tournament. With the Heat not advancing, these two games are added to schedule to make it 82-games.
